Bifold Doors
Bifold Doors are perfect for openings up to 7 metres wide, giving you the freedom to open just one door to gain access to and from your garden, or the option of sliding all doors open.
Every set of Bifold Doors we install is made to bespoke sizes to perfectly suit your requirements, allowing you to make the most of the transition between your home and patio or garden. Each Bifold Door sash can be made up to 1 metre wide. If you have an opening of 2 metres, rather than choosing a set of French Doors, we can install a 2 pane Bifold Door, where both sashes will slide in one direction when they are open, giving you more space to walk outside.
Bifold Doors can be made with a single master door for use on a regular basis, whilst the remaining sashes stay securely locked until you are ready to slide them all open. There are many opening configurations available, which we will be happy to discuss with you to help advise on the most suitable solution for your needs. You can choose to have all doors sliding to the left or to the right so the sashes all fold one way when open. You can also create an opening in the middle to create the illusion of a double door.
The choice of colours is almost endless, with most RAL colours available. The colours which are currently the most popular tend to be White, Anthracite Grey or Black, in either a matt, gloss or textured finish. You can choose to have one colour outside, with a different colour inside. If you are undecided, we can show you a colour chart to help you decide will best suit your home.
Bifold Doors are fitted with multi-point locks on the master door, operated by a lever handle, whilst intermediate doors are fitted with high security shootbolts to keep your home secure.

Please note that Bifold Doors with an odd number of sashes can be made so that they all slide in one direction when open and they will feature a single traffic door. Doors with an even number of sashes can all slide in one direction, however, they will not be fitted with a door handle on the outside and will not feature a single traffic door. For further clarification, please discuss the opening configurations with our Customer Services Team, who will be happy to explain this further.
